This project consisted of approximately 15,000 CYS of on-site dirt moving and lime stabilizing the building pad. After that was completed, we installed 650 LF of sanitary sewer, 850 LF of storm sewer, and 1,250 LF of water. We also cut in the subgrades for the loading docks and sidewalks.
