Located just South of the well-known Grand Park Sports Complex we are developing just shy of 8 acres into 65 building lots for Fischer Homes. This project consisted of approximately 21,500 CYS of on-site dirt moving to build the building pads, streets, and pond. We also installed 3,250 LF of sanitary sewer, 3,220 LF of storm sewer, and 3,300 LF of water.
