This project consisted of clearing of an existing farm lot and demolition of asphalt and concrete, approximately 70,000 CYS of dirt moved, 1,500 LF of sanitary sewer, 10,000 LF of storm pipe, 130 storm structures, 3,750 LF of water, and approximately 195,000 SF of roads and parking areas to prep.
