This project consisted of demolition of existing concrete sidewalks, playground areas, and water lines. After the demo was completed, we installed a new 6,250 SF building pad, 450 LF of new storm drainage, 220 LF of new 12” water main relocation, and 1,900 SF of new concrete sidewalks.
