This project consisted of approximately 40,000 CYS of on-site dirt moving to build the building pads, streets, and pond. We also installed 3,250 LF of sanitary sewer, 5,150 LF of storm sewer, 3,700 LF of water, and prepped just over 90,000 SF of roads.
